As in previous years, Steve Keeler will moderate an M&A-focused panel at the Annual Advanced Business Law Conference, sponsored by the Virginia State Bar, on October 1, 2026, at the Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville.  Peter Taylor of Bellfield Partners and Clare Lewis of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston will join Steve to discuss the state of the M&A market, real-world process dynamics, and deal term negotiations.
