Keeler represented Delta Think, a leading consultancy in publishing strategy, market intelligence, analytics and commercial optimization, in its sale to Impelsys, a global leader in technology solutions. The transaction closed in December 2025.

Embrace Software Inc. Acquires Fairfax Software, Establishing GovTech Platform for Future Growth

Keeler represented Fairfax Imaging, Inc. (d.b.a. “Fairfax Software”), the developer of QuickModules™ and a suite of related products supporting financial transaction and intelligent document processing for government agencies and commercial enterprises nationwide, in its sale to Embrace Software Inc., a global acquirer or world-class software businesses. The transaction closed in February 2026.

Koniag Cyber Expands Services Through Strategic Acquisition

Keeler represented Soundway Consulting Inc., a Cyber AB Authorized C3PAO and provider of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certifications (CMMC) and related compliance services to defense-related and other industry customers, in the sale of its CMMC business line to Koniag Cyber Solutions, LLC, a portfolio company of Koniag Capital and cybersecurity firm providing solutions to commercial enterprises in highly regulated industries. The transaction closed in March 2026.
